
Mr. Kolawole Adewumi Awonugba, Coordinator, Administration and Human Resource, Global Missions Board
The Administrative and Human Resources office of the Global Missions Board has three units:
- The General Administrative Unit
- The Purchase and & Maintenance Unit
- Human Resources Unit
Administrative office assists the Board with all types of office management duties. He facilitates and coordinates operations such as employee training, office equipment and supplies, maintenance schedules and supplies, building, security, recruitment and safety.
The purchase and maintenance office is responsible for the purchase done in the head office. It is also accountable for the purchases done on the mission fields especially items/goods for mobility and for building. In addition, the unit is responsible for the maintenance of all goods, all vehicles and buildings of the Board.
Human Resources are responsible for processing all appointments, promotion, discipline and transfer. It is also responsible for helping the Director to supervise the day to day activities in the head office.
This ministry sees to the welfare of all staff members. Presently the Board has 157 workers in the home mission fields, 56 workers in the international mission fields, 39 workers in the specialized ministry and 41 workers in the head office.
Under this ministry in the office headquarters are the Drivers, Cleaners, Gardeners, Day/Night guards, office assistance, Receptionist/Typist and Project/Maintenance officer.
